Welcome to the Lion's Den Cafe
Kika and Gina keep our kids well fed and happy. Dinner plans include breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday – Friday, Brunch and dinner are served on Saturday and dinner on Sunday, except for when dormitories are closed.
Kika was born and raised in Hawaii. He brings a wonderful Hawaiian flair to our cuisine. After running the kitchen for a major cruise line, establishing a food distribution network in Las Vegas and running his own restaurant, GLCA was able to recruit him to serve the Gateway International students in our dormitories.
Gina successfully managed a restaurant for many years and is passionate about helping our kids explore their culture's cuisine in our dorm cafe.
Through out their years together building different companies, they have invested their time into perfecting their secret sauce. This year will launch their new Teriyaki Sauce on the market.
